Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 12 hours before your appointment. If you do not attend your appointment and do not contact us to reschedule or cancel, you will be charged for your session. Once a pack is purchased, we do not offer refunds for unused sessions except in extenuating circumstances.
